Overview of Position
This role is a Solution Consultant position supporting AI-enabled consulting engagements, with a focus on translating business problems into structured analysis, actionable insights, and implementable solutions. The role combines strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to shape AI-driven solution approaches in collaboration with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled consulting engagements—from proposal through final outputs
- Structure problem statements, define analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Analyze business processes and operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture processes, pain points, controls, data touchpoints, and AI enablement areas
- Develop current- and future-state artifacts (process maps, SOPs, journey maps, RACI) aligned to AI-driven transformation
- Perform data analysis and work decomposition to quantify impact, benefits, and business case value
- Create executive-ready presentations, narratives, and deliverables for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights, shape AI-driven solutions, and track emerging AI and industry trends
Business Analytics and Delivery Skills
- Requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and structured problem solving
- Data analysis, visualization, and exposure to AI-enabled tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Define data needs, perform data preparation, and support AI-driven reporting
- Process analysis, documentation, and identification of improvement opportunities
- Executive-ready presentation and structured storytelling skills
- Understanding of governance, coordination, and delivery tracking
- Translate data and process insights into transparent, actionable outcomes
