We are looking for an experienced Sales AI Implementation Senior Engineer who has previously worked within or closely with a Sales team and excellently designed AI infrastructure, deployed AI processes and defined AI best practices, and delivered strong AI ROI through successful implementations of AI initiatives for Sales.

Primary Role Responsibilities
The role sits at the intersection of IT and Sales and therefore the person in this role will need to have a strong IT background that demonstrates deep knowledge and extensive expertise of the latest AI technologies gained from various hands-on technical roles and also broad experience in Sales while using AI across all related functions, for example market research, lead generation, sales campaign design and management, client engagement (outbound and inbound), database management, sales operations automation and optimisation,



sales revenue optimisation, dashboarding/MI reporting and sales decision-making.

You will be the person in the team who will research, test, advise, implement, automate, govern, and/or scale everything about AI with aim to deliver strong ROI and revenue with suitable, responsible, secure, effective and highly advanced AI solutions for the team and the business. For example, at strategic-level defining a comprehensive AI strategy and ambitious AI roadmap, at operational level making tooling decisions, setting standards and controls, managing vendor relationships and building a strong automation capability through connecting systems and platforms using API’s, designing workflows and developing AI agents for coding, researching, conversing, taking notes, scheduling, presenting and reporting, and at people-level championing change with initiatives to deliver training, establish best practices and drive
