Netflix is seeking a Manager, Production Management to join the India Production team and support an expanding slate of Unscripted Originals.
This role will partner closely with the
Unscripted Production Management Lead,
Creative, Production Finance, Business & Legal Affairs, Production Safety, Post Production, Marketing, Publicity, and external production partners to support titles from development through delivery. The position will play a critical role in evaluating production strategies, assessing budgets and schedules, mitigating risks, and helping productions deliver creative ambition responsibly and efficiently.

As Netflix continues to expand its Unscripted slate across formats, scale, and complexity,



we are looking for a strong production manager who can successfully partner across teams, support multiple productions simultaneously, and help drive operational excellence across the slate.

The Role
A successful candidate will be passionate about storytelling, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This individual should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, building strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group, and influencing decision-making through expertise and collaboration. They should possess solid production judgment, a deep understanding of unscripted production ecosystems, and the ability to identify risks and opportunities early in a project's lifecycle.
