We are seeking a highly skilled and expert
Senior Workday Systems Engineer
to join our People Engineering team and lown the design, development, and optimization of external workforce management lifecycle via our Workday VNDLY platform. This role will serve as a technical expert with hands on technical expertise around Workday VNDLY and will partner with the People function, Procurement and other customers to design, develop and implementation of smooth, scalable, secure solutions,



aligned with business goals and focused on delivering a best-in-class user experience.

ROLE SUMMARY:
- System Build & Architecture:
- Lead the technical design and configuration of Workday VNDLY Solutions – specialising in external workforce management lifecycle.
- Improvements
- Handle Workday functionality implementations, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Support & Maintenance:
- Handle sophisticated fix and support for Workday issues with focus on identifying the opportunities to reduce the overall support cases.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the Testing workstream and collaborate with customers to complete end to end testing
