Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter specializing in both IT and non-IT positions. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with client stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging online platforms and networks to identify qualified professionals, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.



The role also involves aligning candidate profiles with client requirements, providing regular updates on search progress, and using SnapX.ai tools and guidelines to optimize hiring outcomes.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting across various role types.
- Strong experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a range of technical skill sets.
- Proven ability in Hiring, including candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Familiarity with remote recruiting practices, online sourcing tools, and skilled networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a part-time freelance capacity.
- Prior experience with agency or freelance recruiting environments is highly beneficia
