Position Overview

BCI is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Sitecore Developer
with deep expertise in
Sitecore Headless Architecture and Sitecore XM Cloud
. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale digital experience platforms using modern Sitecore technologies, including JSS, Next.js, GraphQL, and Sitecore Headless Services.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, lead development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-performance digital solutions. Must be able to work a blended hours schedule of IST and EST timings. Will be working with our direct USA based client.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experience solutions using the Sitecore platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of Sitecore Headless architectures utilizing JSS, Next.js, React, and GraphQL.
- Develop and manage Sitecore components,



templates, rendering models, content structures, and personalization capabilities.
- Drive Sitecore XM Cloud implementations and migration initiatives from traditional on-premises Sitecore environments.
- Build and maintain integrations between Sitecore and external platforms, including CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define technical solutions and project roadmaps.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews, code reviews, and release planning.
- Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and maintainability through development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize application performance, and lead refactoring initiatives.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle.
