Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theory-based SAP HCM training.
- Cover concepts as per the course curriculum and industry requirements.
- Provide hands-on training with real-time examples and scenarios.
- Guide students through practical exercises and doubts.
- Maintain batch discipline and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
SAP HCM
.
- Prior training/teaching experience preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
- Industry experience in SAP HCM will be an added advantage.
