*Key Responsibilities*
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
- Introduce and explain the company’s software products and services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable software solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the marketing and technical teams.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the value of software solutions.




- Negotiate with prospects and follow up to convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, and additional solutions.
- Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned timelines.
