Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

As an authorized channel partner of Tata Solar, we provide professional solar solutions to residential and commercial customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our solar solutions, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain solar products, solutions, benefits, and available offers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.




- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further customer follow-up.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead-generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a qualified customer experience.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Knowledge of Odia and Tamil will be highly preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Candidates with experience in the solar/renewable energy industry will have an added advantage.
