Callyzer is a SaaS-based call tracking and lead management platform that helps businesses manage calls, inquiries, leads, and sales-team productivity.

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Executive to manage day-to-day inquiry allocation and CRM operations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assign incoming inquiries to the appropriate sales executives.
- Handle round-robin/weighted lead rotation and ensure fair distribution.
- Identify, coordinate, and merge duplicate inquiries.
- Reassign leads when sales executives are absent or overloaded.
- Monitor unassigned, untouched, overdue, and pending inquiries.
- Ensure new inquiries are assigned within the defined TAT.
- Maintain accurate CRM and lead data.




- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Managers regarding lead allocation.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead allocation, pending leads, response time, and lead status.
- Escalate leads that are not handled within the required timeline.
- Improve lead allocation processes and coordinate with the technical/product team for CRM-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Operations, Lead Management, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of CRM and lead-management processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage 30–50+ inquiries daily.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the process.
