ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior International Ticketing Executive with solid hands-on experience in international air ticketing and Amadeus GDS.

This is a core ticketing role for someone who can independently manage complex PNRs, reissues, refunds, cancellations, fare changes and urgent ticketing requirements while maintaining high accuracy.

Please note: This is NOT an airline BPO, call-centre or customer-support role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle international air ticketing end-to-end using Amadeus
- Create, modify and manage PNRs and ticket issuance
- Handle reissues, refunds, cancellations, voids and fare changes
- Manage complex and time-sensitive ticketing requests
- Work with consolidators, NDC platforms and airline portals
- Queue PNRs and efficiently manage multiple files
- Handle group bookings and special fare requirements
- Coordinate with airlines,



consolidators and internal teams whenever required
- Ensure ticketing accuracy, fare compliance and timely issuance
- Handle high-volume ticketing operations without compromising accuracy
- Take complete ownership of assigned PNRs and resolve issues proactively
- Support and guide junior ticketing team members when required

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of hands-on international ticketing experience in a travel agency
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS
- Proven experience in international air ticketing
- Strong knowledge of reissues, refunds, cancellations, voids and fare rules
- Experience working with consolidators / NDC platforms / airline portals
- Ability to independently manage PNRs from creation to ticket closure
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Strong ownership, accountability and problem-solving skills
