We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer | Bangalore having 4+ yrs with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

Must-Have Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Strong programming skills in
Python
.
- Hands-on experience with
PyTorch
.
- Practical experience with
Large Language Models (LLMs)
and
Generative AI
.
- Experience building
Speech AI
solutions (ASR/STT, TTS, Voice AI).
- Solid understanding of
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
.
- Experience designing and implementing
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
systems.
- Knowledge of transformer architectures and model fine-tuning techniques.




- Experience with REST APIs and model deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for speech and NLP applications.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI copilots.
- Develop Speech AI solutions such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR/STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and voice-enabled AI systems.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Fine-tune and evaluate transformer-based models using PyTorch.
- Develop APIs and deploy AI models in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Speech AI, and NLP technologies.
