We are hiring for
two roles:

1. HEALTHCARE RECRUITER

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage doctors across different specialties
- Understand candidate qualifications, preferences, compensation expectations, and availability
- Screen candidates before sharing profiles with clients
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups until joining
- Build and maintain a robust long-term doctor network




- Work closely with the Business Development team on active requirements
- Take ownership of positions and drive them towards successful closure

Preferred Profile:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, persistence with follow-ups, and an organised and target-oriented approach. Prior experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, healthcare recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude are also welcome to apply.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – HEALTHCARE

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, and healthcare companies with hiring requirements
- Reach out to founders, hospital owners, HR heads, and other decision-makers
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking
- Understand client hiring requirements and present MedsBee’s recruitment services
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert opportunities into busi
