The Role

As an UI/UX Designer, you'll own the design of complex, data‑rich experiences that support decision‑making for administrators and improve clarity and usability across our platform.

You'll work as a senior individual contributor within a cross‑functional product team: Design, Product, Engineering, bringing deep UI/UX expertise to your product area. While Product Management owns roadmap direction and prioritisation,



you will play a critical role in informing decisions through research, design exploration, and user‑centred evidence, translating complexity into intuitive, accessible solutions.

This role sits within a newly established team focused on analytics, dashboards, and reporting, where you'll elevate usability, interaction design, and data visualisation quality across StarRez products.

What You Will Own
- Lead complex design initiatives from discovery through delivery, translating multi‑role, data‑heavy workflows into intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences.
- Conduct and contribute to continuous discovery activities, including customer interviews, usability testing, and concept validation, surfacing insights that inform product decisions and reduce delivery risk.
- Partner with Product to support clear problem framing, hypotheses, and measures of success, using research, experimentation, and customer feedback to validate design decisions and iterate
