About Business line/Function: CIB IT Production Support

Position Purpose

Functional Support: Scope: Regional & Central Applications.

Provide applications with functional support to business users.
Identify and implement to most effective configurations and solutions to address business requirements.
Incident & Problem management: Perform 1st level and 2nd level analysis.
Change Management: verify changes and execute them within applications production environments.
Proactive monitoring of the region’s payment channels and core banking systems.

Application Production (technical Support): Scope: Regional & Central Applications

The Production team is in charge of the maintenance of all the Global Banking applications including core banking and Trade and is the guarantor of its sanity.
Maintain and plan DR / Live-play exercises.
Manage/resource Obsolescence tasks, technology transformation projects.




Maintain the Applications Sec-ops best practices and procedures.
Monitor and support the core-banking batches (daily/monthly).
Plan and follow-up the changes executions with the local and central teams.
Ensure the sanity and the viability of Production/staging/ and DR environments.
Meet goals and KPIs as set by the department manager.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Functional & Technical Support

Provide L1 and L2 functional support for major banking applications across the Middle East and Paris.
Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes via ITSM tools.
Monitor core banking batches (daily/monthly) and regional payment channels.
Write technical and functional requirements for business requests and perform impact analysis for production changes.
Production & Infrastructure Management
Guarantee the sanity and viability of Production, Staging, and DR environments.
Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and Live-play exercises.
