The Detailed Version

This role sits within our Sales Centre of Excellence, owning the design and delivery of the sales and business curriculum that has produced a 100% placement rate over the last three years — and is directly responsible for keeping that bar as the program scales into new verticals.

Responsibilities & Metrics to Measure:

Training & Design (~80%):
- Own end-to-end design and continuous improvement of the sales and business training curriculum, using student learning outcomes, recruiter feedback, and student feedback data to keep sessions, live projects, and assessments challenging and effective, including leading expansion into new sales verticals as the program grows. Metrics to measure: Placement rate; recruiter satisfaction scores; student learning outcome scores; number of recent verticals/modules launched.
