What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Athos Commerce customers throughout their lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of our AI-powered ecommerce solutions while driving adoption, retention, and long-term success.

you will collaborate closely with Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring customers achieve their business objectives while contributing to Athos Commerce's growth and customer satisfaction goals.
How You Will Succeed
