Role
Overview
The Communications Executive – Employee Engagement
& DEI supports internal and external communication while driving employee
engagement initiatives and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) activities.
The role ensures consistent messaging aligned with organisational strategy,
strengthens culture, and enhances employee experience across NNE India. This
role reports to Manager – Strategy & Communications.
Key
Responsibilities




- Develop and deliver internal communications including newsletters, leadership messages, intranet updates, and campaigns.
- Support external communication such as LinkedIn posts, employer branding content, and event storytelling.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (e.g., town halls, recognition programs, campaigns like INWED).
- Drive DEI initiatives in alignment with organisational strategy including awareness campaigns, events, and learning sessions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement engagement and DEI action plans based on survey insights (e.g., Viva Glint).
- Manage editorial calendar across channels (email, Teams, SharePoint, social platforms).
- Coordinate cross-functional input and ensure consistent messaging across departments.
- Track engagement metrics (communications reach, campaign participation, feedback) and provide insights.
- Support creation of presentations and communication materials aligned to corporate visual ident
