Role Description The B2B Store Executive role at 1st Step is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing relationships with B2B customers, including retail partners and distributors, ensuring timely order processing, inventory coordination, and effective in-store product placement.



The B2B Store Executive will handle inquiries, provide product information, and support promotional activities to drive sales and brand visibility. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with internal teams for logistics and replenishment, and preparing basic reports on store and B2B performance. The role requires regular collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for business partners.
Qualifications
Strong B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship skills, with experience managing retail or distribution partners.
Proficiency in store operations, inventory tracking, and basic merchandising to ensure effective product availability and display.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with business customers and internal teams.
