We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Business Development Executive who can help us acquire current clients and expand our business.
About the Role
This is a performance-driven, contractual sales opportunity for individuals who are confident in prospecting, communicating with businesses and converting opportunities into paying clients.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations,



understanding their business requirements, presenting relevant Gexart solutions and taking qualified opportunities through the sales process.
There is no fixed monthly salary initially. Your earnings will be directly linked to the business you generate and the payments collected from clients.
High-performing individuals can earn ₹10,000 to ₹2,00,000+ per month, depending on the volume and value of business generated.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, networking and other channels.
Generate qualified leads for Gexart's technology and digital services.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions.
Conduct initial sales conversations and product/service presentations.
Coordinate with the Gexart technical team for proposals and solutions.
Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
