Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at Savera, you will be the first touchpoint of our brand experience. Your responsibility is to understand the client’s taste, guide them through our collections, and deliver a warm, confident and personalized interaction. You will help customers find jewellery that matches their lifestyle, occasions, and individuality—without pressure, without noise, just quiet confidence.

Qualifications

· Minimum 12th pass.





· minimum 6 months –2 years of experience in retail, customer service (jewellery or luxury products preferred)

· Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali and English

· Warm, confident, and client-friendly personality

· Good grooming, warm presence, and authentic communication.

· Passion for jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle products.

· Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.

· Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

· Welcome and engage customers with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.

· Understand client preferences, styling needs, and occasions to recommend suitable pieces.

· Explain jewellery features in simple, explicit language—materials, craftsmanship, design intent, and care.

· Offer styling suggestions that align with Savera’s philosophy of understated elegance and everyday express
