Position Summary
EXL is seeking a high-impact
Program Manager
to help drive strategic initiatives for the AI Solution Engineering and Delivery team. This role is designed for a
Strategic Innovation
leader with deep expertise in driving AI, delivery, and technology initiatives. This program manager will act as a force multiplier, ensuring initiatives move forward and to help with different operation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Delivery Operations:
- Push Solution Delivery PMs to get their updates in
- Run my Solution Delivery Review
- Track the solution standardization
- Track Strategic Programs:
- AI in SDLC
- Productivity gains in Solution Delivery
- AWS partner projects
- Migration of legacy platforms to our AI Agentic Platform
- Operations & Program Management:
- Run the leadership meeting and team townhalls
- Track budgets
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
MBA from a premier institute and a technical background in Engineering or Operations.
- Experience:
Proven track record in
Program Management
of cross function programs.
- Financial Acumen:
Advanced skills in
financial modelling
, business intelligence, and zero-base costing.
- Leadership:
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage global stakeholders, and drive change management in complex environments.
- Certifications:
Skilled certifications such as
Six Sigma Black Belt
or strategic management credentials are highly preferred.
- Technical Domain knowledge:
Knowledge of
Generative AI
and
Agentic AI
and experience with
python
are a plus.
