The Role

We're looking for a Design Lead who thrives at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and

operational excellence. This is an opportunity to shape how exceptional creative work gets

delivered at scale.

As the driving force behind our creative production, you'll own the end-to-end design workflow,





ensuring projects move seamlessly from brief to final delivery with speed, consistency, and

uncompromising quality. You'll lead a talented team of designers, establish scalable production

systems, and foster a culture where creativity and execution go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5+ designers, fostering

collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth.

Set clear priorities, provide actionable feedback, and remove roadblocks to help the

team perform at its best.

Create an environment of design excellence through coaching, reviews, and robust

creative direction.

Drive Creative Production

Own production planning and execution across multiple concurrent design projec
