Role Description
The Quant Developer will design, implement, and maintain quantitative models and trading algorithms that support stock market investment strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coding and optimizing model components, integrating data sources, backtesting strategies, and analyzing model performance under various market conditions. The role involves close collaboration with traders, quantitative analysts,



and risk teams to translate research insights into robust, production-ready tools and workflows. This is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring regular interaction with team members to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing refinement of quantitative solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quantitative Finance and Quantitative Analytics, with the ability to apply these skills to real-world trading problems.
- Solid knowledge of Mathematics and Statistics to design, test, and validate models and algorithms.
- Understanding of Trading concepts, market microstructure, and execution workflows.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in quantitative development (such as Python, C++, or Java) and experience with data analysis libraries and tools.
