NPD & Regulatory Executive at Manpasand Beverages

Manpasand Beverages is excited to welcome Subject Matter Experts in the Area of New Product Development (NPD) & Regulatory Executive to our team

If You have the passion for product innovation and a keen understanding of regulatory compliance in the noodles, ready-to-eat (RTE) food, and beverages sectors, there is an chance to grow and make an impact

This role is ideal for candidates with 3-5 yrs of experience in NPD and regulatory functions, looking to contribute to a fast-growing company while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities





Assist in managing the end-to-end NPD process for new product development, from ideation to market launch

Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and industry norms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, marketing, production) to ensure product designs meet both market needs and regulatory requirements

Support vendor management and 3P supplier coordination to ensure quality and regulatory compliance at all stages of product development

Stay updated on food safety regulations, labelling guidelines, and relevant laws impacting the beverage and food industry

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and regulatory changes that may affect product development

Support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and certifications

Ideal Candidate

3-5 yrs of experience in NPD and/or regulatory functions within noodles, RTE food, or beverages
