About The Role

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager – India to join Elixr Labs. This is a critical role focused on building our domestic presence across key markets in India, driving new client acquisition, and shaping high-value relationships in healthcare, government, and enterprise sectors. You will be responsible for creating and converting opportunities across our product and service portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who:-

Thrives in consultative enterprise sales
Has experience managing long-cycle deals, &
Brings a strong understanding of technology in multiple industries.

What Would You Do

Market Development & Lead Generation
Build and expand Elixr Labs’ presence across key target cities in India.
Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers in healthcare providers, government agencies, and enterprises.
Develop a strong chance pipeline aligned to Elixr Labs’ core products and services (Banyan, Healthverse, Care Connect, IT Services).
Own and deliver revenue targets for a
