Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Admissions Counselors who can convert online and offline inquiries into admissions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and experience in educational counseling or sales.

Key Responsibilities Lead Management
- Handle inbound leads from Website, Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Walk-ins.
- Respond to all new inquiries within 5 minutes.
- Qualify leads and maintain a structured follow-up pipeline.
- Ensure zero lead leakage and timely lead conversion.
- Student Counseling
- Understand students' career aspirations and learning needs.
- Recommend the most suitable program based on their goals.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, internship,



placement assistance, fees, and payment plans.
- Build trust and guide students in making informed career decisions. Sales & Admission Closure
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Close admissions through Phone, WhatsApp, Video Calls, and Walk-ins.
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Update lead stages and follow-up activities daily.
- Track conversion ratios and pending follow-ups.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Student Experience
- Deliver a qualified and personalized counselling experience.
- Ensure a seamless admission and on boarding process.
- Maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate effectively with trainers and the operations team.
