About The Role
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a technically solid accounting professional who thrives in a rapid-moving startup environment. You will take full ownership of the India entity from an accounting, tax, and statutory compliance standpoint, replacing our current third-party outsourced provider. You will also lead the integration of Esper India's accounting systems and workflows into our consolidated global finance infrastructure, reporting directly into the US- based Controller. As you establish yourself in the role and the India transition matures, your scope will expand to include supporting the US monthly close as well
