Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
- Strong SMART/400 Knowledge and DIARY/400 Knowledge.
- Life/400 or Group/400 knowledge will be added advantage.
- Software designing, Technical leadership, Skilled with DB design, Performance Optimisation tools
- Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project objectives, actively participating in code reviews and design discussions.
- Assist in the documentation of software requirements and specifications, striving for clear and effective communication.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance and mentorship.
- Learn and adapt to software development practices and methodologies, actively participating in training programs.
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance your understanding of software architecture and design.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and learning environment.





Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Solid programming and debugging skills
- Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training a plus
