We're looking for a curious, detail-obsessed finance Intern to join our Finance department. This isn't a "watch and shadow" internship. From week one, you'll be working on live data, real transactions, and actual financial workflows with full guidance.

If you love spotting patterns in numbers, get mildly annoyed by mismatched figures, and want to understand how a business's money actually flows this is for you.

What You'll Work On
- Day-to-Day Accounting : Record and maintain daily transactions in Zoho Books including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries with accuracy and consistency.
- Order Tracking & Revenue Reconciliation: Work across Shopify and GoSwift to track orders, monitor fulfilment status, and reconcile order-level revenue data with books.
- Invoicing & Receivables: Generate invoices, monitor payment statuses, and follow up on outstanding dues in a timely and qualified manner.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with book entries, identify gaps, and flag discrepancies for review.
- Expense Management: Categorize and record business expenses,



support petty cash entries, and assist with employee reimbursement documentation.
- Reporting & Analysis: Pull reports from Zoho Books (P&L;, cash flow, aging reports) and help the team make sense of the numbers, spotting trends, flagging anomalies, and summarizing key takeaways.
- Compliance Support: Assist in organizing data for GST filings, TDS workings, and other statutory requirements, always under senior guidance.
- MIS Reporting: Assist in building and maintaining the monthly Management Information System (MIS) report that goes directly to our investors. Help present it in a clean, accurate, and decision-ready format. Attention to detail here is non-negotiable.
