Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:

Providing engineering and production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and defect remediation
Troubleshooting provisioning, aggregation, certifications, workflows, rules, connectors, and integration issues across Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Azure Active Directory, databases, and enterprise applications
Performing configuration updates, enhancements, production fixes, patching, upgrade support, and custom development using workflows, scripts, application programming interfaces (APIs), and integrations
Supporting identity lifecycle management processes,



including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), access requests, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, and change execution in line with governance processes
Preparing operational documentation, audit evidence, key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, service reports, ad hoc database queries, and technical guidance for support teams and stakeholders
