The
SAP PM Functional Consultant
will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation,



and ongoing support of the SAP Plant Maintenance module (and S/4HANA Asset Management). This role bridges the gap between industrial plant operations and IT, ensuring that asset management, preventive maintenance strategies, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) workflows are optimized to minimize machine downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities
- Business Blueprinting & Requirement Gathering
- Lead workshops with maintenance engineers, reliability teams, and plant managers to understand business processes.
- Map real-world asset management requirements into standard SAP PM functionalities.
- Conduct gap analyses and define "To-Be" processes, writing detailed Functional Specifications (RICEFW objects) for any custom developments or ABAP extensions.
