Exploring the Role

The Director – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for attracting and hiring leadership and niche talent for RateGain globally. The role will develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies, stay abreast of evolving talent-market trends, and optimize hiring processes to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines. The incumbent will also lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team while driving strategic TA, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

How Your Day Will Look / Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end leadership and niche hiring across functions and geographies.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage senior-level and passive talent.




Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ experience, leadership potential, competencies, and cultural alignment.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future leadership requirements.
Leverage LinkedIn, industry events, executive networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner closely with senior business leaders to understand talent requirements and provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
Manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands while ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and effectively navigate international recruitment practices across geographies.
Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring clear accountability, capability building, consistent execution, and achievement of hiring goals.
