YOUR NEW ROLE:
- Lead technical design, build, documentation, deployment,
run and support activities across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Provide hands-on leadership for Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API development, AWS EKS, Docker, Kafka, SQS, PostgreSQL and OpenSearch based services.
- Guide SmartComm / document composition engineers on solution design, templating quality, maintainability and delivery approach.
- Drive engineering standards through code reviews, estimation, CI/CD, automated testing, documentation and reusable patterns.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Security, Risk, Operations and vendors to deliver agreed business outcomes.
- Support production stability through incident response, root cause analysis, resilience improvements, monitoring and proactive risk reduction.
- Mentor engineers and uplift team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing and practical engineering guidance.
