Job Description: Central SPOC – Staff Loans (ABG HNI Segment) | ABHFL
Role Purpose
Drive structured sourcing of high-value staff loan opportunities from senior management / HNI employees within the ABG ecosystem, by building robust relationships, and ensuring superior customer experience with fast conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem Engagement & Pipeline Creation
- Anchor engagement with senior leadership, CXOs, and HNI employees across ABG entities
- Build a high-quality pipeline of staff loan opportunities (home loans, BT, LAP, structured lending)
- Position ABHFL as the preferred financing partner for internal HNI segment

2. Relationship-Led Sourcing
- Develop trusted relationships with HR, Finance & leadership offices across ABG
- Drive targeted outreach (exclusive desks, curated interactions, referrals)
- Ensure high-touch engagement model vs mass sourcing
- Build referral-led funnel within ABG leadership community
- Drive repeat business & cross-sell opportunities

3. Solutioning & Deal Management




- Offer customized loan solutions aligned to HNI needs (ticket size, tenure, flexibility)
- Manage end-to-end journey: Lead → Login → Sanction → Disbursal
- Ensure premium servicing experience and faster TAT

4. Performance Tracking & Visibility
- Track pipeline, conversion ratios, and disbursal outcomes for HNI segment
- Maintain central MIS for ABG staff loan segment
- Provide visibility on key accounts, closures & opportunities

Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Staff loan pipeline & disbursal (? Cr) from ABG HNI segment
- Lead → Login → Disbursal conversion ratios
- Repeat/referral business from ABG leadership

Desired Profile
- 6–10 years in wealth / LAP / home loans / HNI client handling (BFSI preferred)
- Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders & HNI clients
- High relationship orientation + execution discipline
- Understanding of customized lending solutions & structuring
