What will you do?
- In this role, you will prepare, compile, review, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, method statements, QAPs, inspection reports, MOMs, progress reports, transmittals, and correspondence, while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Additionally, you will ensure effective document control through version management,



timely distribution to internal teams, vendors, and clients, while tracking submission schedules and following up with stakeholders to prevent delays.
- Furthermore, you will support the preparation and submission of documents required for statutory approvals, customer requirements, and project handover dossiers, ensuring compliance with project and client standards.
- Meanwhile, you will coordinate logistics activities by monitoring material dispatch, transportation, site receipt, delivery schedules, gate passes, packing lists, delivery challans, and maintaining accurate material tracking records.
- Moreover, you will collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, transport vendors, and site execution teams to facilitate seamless coordination, ensure timely availability of approved documents and materials, and resolve documentation or logistics-related issues impacting project progress.
