Role Overview:
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with solid Python scripting and CI/CD pipeline experience to support mission-critical applications.
The role involves incident management, troubleshooting production issues, automation using Python, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and application failures.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Work closely with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor applications and ensure system stability and uptime.
