What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and models using Python.
Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference.
Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and fine-tuning of AI models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Monitor and troubleshoot deployed AI systems, ensuring high availability and continuous improvement.
Research and evaluate recent AI/ML technologies and methodologies to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.

What you'll need

Proficiency in Python and its associated libraries for AI/ML development (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy).
Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
Strong command of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.




Demonstrated ability to develop, optimize, and evaluate algorithms for performance and scalability.
Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring in a production environment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

Nice to have

Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI deployments
Contributions to open-source AI projects or relevant academic publications
