What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy scalable LLM-based applications and services.
Conduct research and experimentation with state-of-the-art LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering techniques.
Optimize LLM performance, latency, and cost efficiency for production environments.
Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to integrate LLM solutions into existing platforms.
Develop robust evaluation metrics and frameworks for assessing LLM accuracy, bias, and reliability.
Implement and maintain MLOps practices for LLM lifecycle management, including versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in natural language processing, deep learning, and generative AI research.

What you'll need

5+ years of experience in developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) and NLP solutions.
Robust proficiency in Python and relevant ML/NLP frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
Extensive experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs for various applications.




Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, transformer models, and natural language processing techniques.
Experience with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines for LLM training and inference.

Nice to have

Experience with MLOps tools and practices for LLM deployment
Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Prior contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
Knowledge of cloud-native LLM services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Google Vertex AI)
Experience with model quantization, distillation, or pruning for efficiency
Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible LLM development
