Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Technical Lead with 6+ years of industry experience and deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science (statistics, mathematics, ML, DL), hands-on experience with LLM agents, and a proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead a couple of projects with 3-5 AI/ML engineers
. Lead the modelling and selection, design, development, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) for intelligent digital solutions. AI, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
· Experience in process-oriented development from EDA to MLOPs and Observability is a must.
