*Location:* India
*Experience:* 2-6 years
*Education:* BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or Polymers
Key Requirements
- Familiarity with *NPD, Production, Quality,* and *Qualification* requirements for carbon pultruded wind spar cap products.
- Robust understanding of carbon pultrusion wind spar cap products and CFRP composite processes.
- Knowledge of the complexities in carbon pultrusion manufacturing; *NDT Level 1 certification* is an advantage for NDT Engineers.
- Basic proficiency with *APQP4Wind framework, Six Sigma, TQM,



ISO certifications*, and quality audits.
- Proven creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Gurit India, TPI Composites India, Vestas India, LM Wind, Nordex Wind, Indore Composites, TATA Composites, Boeing India, L&T; Composites, TAML
