At Lloyds Technology Centre (LTC), we are at the forefront of fintech innovation, disrupting norms, and shaping the future of financial technology. As we continue our relentless pursuit of excellence, we are seeking an experienced and purpose-driven DEI Lead to join our People team. This role will be responsible for shaping and driving the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda for LTC,



embedding inclusive practices across the colleague lifecycle and enabling a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to thrive.
The DEI Lead will report to the Head of HRBP and partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Communications, business leaders and colleague networks to translate DEI priorities into measurable action. This is a Grade E role and requires approximately 12 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated experience in leading inclusion, culture, talent or organisational change initiatives.
