Your work profile
- An experienced SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and prior experience working with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Government Organizations, or Large Public Enterprises. Will be responsible for implementing, supporting,



and enhancing SAP HCM Payroll solutions while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and PSU-specific HR and payroll processes.
- The role requires strong functional consulting capabilities, stakeholder interaction, payroll process expertise, and experience managing complex employee salary structures, perks, pension schemes, and government compliance requirements.

SAP HCM Payroll Implementation & Support
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes.
- Manage payroll schema, rules, wage types, and payroll control processes.
- Perform payroll cycle execution, validation, and reconciliation.
- Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues within defined SLAs.
- Support payroll year-end activities and audit requirements.

SAP HCM Functional Responsibilities
