Key Accountabilities

Provide ongoing coaching, monitoring and supervision of direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their role
3. Provide a consistent application of People Leader fundamentals and conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews , daily process confirmations and call listening to ensure process adherence
4. Ensure customer service outcomes are consistently met and look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations
5. Embed active operations management principles effectively and the use of Real Time Management (RTM)
6. Empower team to resolve errors at point of detection to minimise customer delays. Get it right the first time is vital .
7. Establish and sustain a customer centric culture focused on taking ownership and continual focus on customer obsession.
Manage capacity requirements with focus on SLA’s
8. Determine learning and development requirements for the teams and work with the NA
