ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project & Operations Manager to join our Professional Services team in India. This role carries a dual mandate of project management and operational activities delivering excellent customer implementation experience for MasterControl products and contributing to the operational health of our PS organization through clean data,



accurate reporting, and meaningful business insight.

This person will play a critical role in helping PS leadership understand where we stand holistically across our project portfolio — and how that translates into operational and service delivery excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

· Coordinate Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Qualified Services activities

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables including functional and non-functional requirements

· Develop and maintain project schedules, manage risks, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

· Manage both internal and external project through out the lifecycle of the project,

· Maintain a strong customer focus with a high emphasis on quality in execution.

· Conduct periodic meetings with service partners to align challenges and opportunities to best serve our end customers
