Job Summary

BrainyBuzz Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and well-spoken Learner Success Counsellor & HR Executive who can manage learner counselling, admissions, engagement, and basic HR operations. The candidate will support learners throughout their learning journey while also assisting in recruitment, employee coordination, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities Learner Success & Counselling
- Handle learner inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
- Guide learners regarding training programs, certifications, internships, and career pathways
- Support lead follow-ups and admission coordination
- Maintain learner records, counselling data, and progress reports
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams regarding batches, onboarding, and learner support
- Assist learners in resolving queries related to schedules, course access, certifications, and training activities
- Support webinar registrations, demo sessions, and learner engagement initiatives




- Build positive learner relationships and improve learner experience throughout the program lifecycle

HR & Administrative Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including screening profiles and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for interns and employees
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and employee communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for task tracking and operational follow-ups
- Support management in reporting and organizational coordination activities

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good counselling and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and qualified email communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, learner interactions, and follow-ups efficiently
