Responsibilities
- Understanding IT Hardware , Software and Professional Services requirements
- Reviewing Open Purchase Requisitions
- Identifying potential Vendors and floating RFP
- Coordinating with Vendors to assist them in submitting accurate responses
- Engage in technical discussions with IT Team to get the technical evaluation and ratings
- Negotiate with technically approved Vendors for final commercial closure
- Process Price Approval and Purchase Orders
- Overlook timely delivery and payments
- Handling and resolving taxation (GST, TDS, HSN / SAC etc) and accounting queries
Skills
- Should be proficient in MS Excel
- Positive Verbal and Written Communications skills is a must
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba platforms
