The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Associate Specialist - FP&A; Planning Solutions supports financial planning and analysis processes by developing, maintaining, and enhancing planning & reporting solutions. This role is responsible for creating executive-level reports for CXO stakeholders, building and supporting Longview input templates and reports,
and managing currency adjustment factors within Longview. The associate specialist also conducts audits of currency adjustment exposures and foreign exchange (FX) impacts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective financial decision-making. Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain CXO reports that provide clear, accurate, and actionable financial insights to executive leadership.
- Design, build, support, and troubleshoot Longview input templates, reports, and related financial data outputs used in planning, forecasting, and analysis processes.
- Manage Longview currency adjustment factors and conduct reviews of currency adjustment exposures and foreign exchange impacts to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with FP&A;, finance, business stakeholders, and internal AI leaders to translate business needs into effective reporting solutions, productivity improvements, and project execution.
