Accountabilities:





The Content Editor will be responsible for reviewing and refining transcripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with established quality standards. The role requires strong editorial judgment, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines, and careful handling of sensitive business information.
- Review, edit, and proofread transcripts from recorded events such as interviews, webcasts, and calls to ensure accuracy and readability.
- Correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting issues, and inaccuracies in speaker, product, and terminology identification.
- Compare transcripts against audio recordings to ensure content accurately reflects the original discussion.
- Apply industry-specific terminology and context by using internal resources, custom dictionaries, and external research when needed.
