Profile Summary: Manage the end-to-end PO to NTGRN tracking process, ensure productive asset tracking, and maintain compliance with IT asset management policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Asset Monitoring

PO Tracking & Coordination
- Receive PO requests and ensure approvals from relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor PO creation and approvals via BCP Portal & Oracle Apps.
- Share approved POs with vendors and track delivery schedules.
- Maintain an Online NTGRN Tracker for centralized visibility of PO-NTGRN status.

Material Delivery & Validation:
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Notify regional teams (Area Lead & Regional Inventory Lead) about incoming shipments.
- Ensure accurate documentation (inward stamps, photos, and validation reports).

NTGRN Creation & System Updates:
- Cross-check delivered materials against PO details.
- Create NTGRN entries in the AMS Management Portal and ensure approval workflows.
- Collaborate with Regional Inventory Teams to get NTGRN approvals within defined SLAs.




- Coordinate with the AMS Team for asset addition and verify system updates.

SGRN Processing & Closure:
- Ensure the IT Invoice Team/COE Team updates NTGRN details in the tracker.
- Track SGRN processing in EBS and confirm asset registrations.
- Monitor NTGRN closure status and maintain accurate records.

Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure all NTGRN-related documentation is updated, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for better tracking and efficiency.
- Train regional stakeholders on NTGRN process guidelines and best practices.
- Existing assets movement based on the pool consumption has to be coordinated.

- Monitoring and governance of the IT Asset audit and physical verification of assets through the regional IT Operation team.
